Invigor8 ‘We Are Undefeatable’ scheme
- 3 months out of a 12-month period of half price full-membership (no obligations or commitment, can do less than 3 months if they want)
- Free exercise classes, full access to gym & pool facilities
- Requires a signature under the ‘referrer’ section on the form from any healthcare worker

Wirral Mind
- Free exercise classes
- Mostly held at Fountain Project (Chester Street, nr. Hamilton Square)
- No sign up, but they encourage people to ring ahead

- Also offer multiple support groups for mental health as well, also 1-2-1 counselling (pt’s must be referred or self-refer for counselling)
Wirral Ramblers
- Free wellbeing walks (inclusive & accessible, low intensity)
- Also offer a range of more challenging walks ranging from country rambles to advanced mountain hikes (some fees with non-wellbeing walks)

Wirral Forest Wellbeing Walks

Wirral Cycling Group
- Social cycling group
- First three rides as a ‘guest’ are free, £10/year membership after
- Aimed at people with some cycling experience
- Easiest graded routes: “9 to 10 mph average, easy pace overall, fairly flat (approximately 20 to 35 miles)”

Tomorrow’s Women
- WOMEN ONLY
- Free yoga & dancing classes, also a walking group
- Timetable changes monthly, booking required
