Yoga sessions for carers – provided by WIRED
Our Carers Yoga classes are available both face-to-face and online every Tuesday, exclusively for unpaid carers registered with WIRED.
These sessions provide a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a much needed break and time for yourself from the responsibilities of being an unpaid carer.
Face-to-face Yoga

A yoga mat is provided at the sessions so do not worry about bringing your own. The centre also provides free hot drinks after the session where you will have an opportunity to have a chat to one of our carer connectors as well as other attendees.

Carers look after family, partners or friends in need of help because they have an illness, disability, mental health problem or are frail or elderly.
Carers can be of any age.
Carers have a right to ask for a carer’s assessment if they need help with, or a break, from caring. Contact Social Services – 0151 647 7000
